OSUN STATE ELECTION UPDATE

The Global Initiative for African Development (GIFAD), a Pan-African Non-Governmental Organization and INEC-accredited election observer group, is providing updates from its Election Observation Situation Room as the Osun State election process unfolds.

Speaking on the ongoing electoral developments, Dr. Abraham Breakforth, Chief Executive Officer of the Global Initiative for African Development, emphasized the importance of peaceful participation, credible electoral processes, and respect for the will of the people.

Through its election observation activities, GIFAD is working with relevant partners to monitor developments, document observations, and promote transparency, accountability, and peaceful democratic participation throughout the electoral process.
