NATIONAL CHAIRMAN AFPCN – H.E. DR. ONWUBUYA JOHN ABRAHAM BREAKFORTH
H.E. Dr. Onwubuya John Abraham Breakforth is a Doctor of Public Administration
(BSc, MPA, NPH, PhD), political candidate, public affairs analyst, certified
administrator, and human rights activist.
He was the Presidential Candidate and Flag Bearer of the Freedom and Justice Party
(FJP) in Nigeria's 2019 General Election.
Dr. Breakforth served as National Secretary of the Advance Congress of Democrats
(ACD), National Chairman of the Freedom and Justice Party (FJP), and National Vice
Chairman of the Inter-Party Advisory Council (IPAC) from 2015–2016, the umbrella
body of all registered political parties in Nigeria.
He chaired the Presidential Forum from 2018–2019, serves on multiple corporate
boards of directors and NGOs, and is a patriotic Nigerian with many children and
spiritual followers.

H.E. DR. MOSES AYIBIOWU – DIRECTOR – GENERAL
H.E. Dr. Moses Ayibiowu is an internationally recognized training and
capacity-building consultant, health insurance and managed care expert,
entrepreneur, pastor, and political leader.
He was the Presidential Candidate of the National Unity Party (NUP)
in Nigeria's 2019 Presidential Election. Prior to his emergence as the
party's flag bearer, he served as the National Treasurer of the National
Unity Party. He was subsequently appointed as a member of the National
Council for Peace and Unity in Nigeria.
Dr. Ayibiowu is an alumnus of Ambrose Alli University, the University
of Benin, Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, and the Charles
Martin Institute of Management and Public Administration of Africa,
where he earned a Doctorate in Leadership and Governance.
A distinguished entrepreneur and accomplished administrator, Dr.
Ayibiowu is a founding director of several companies in Nigeria and
has served on the boards of numerous organizations.
He currently serves as an Associate Director of the Africa Economic
Forum and Co-Director of the Africa Health Financing Forum, where he
contributes to advancing economic growth, healthcare financing,
leadership development, and sustainable development across Africa.
A devoted family man, Dr. Moses Ayibiowu is happily married and
blessed with children. He continues to inspire through exemplary
leadership, entrepreneurship, public service, and his unwavering
commitment to national development and good governance.

AMB. COL. ROBINSON AKPUA – DIRECTOR, ACCOUNTS & FINANCING
Ambassador Colonel Robinson Akpua is a distinguished legal practitioner,
ADR consultant, and visionary entrepreneur leading Akpua & Co.
(Okwudo Chambers), Abuja, with a team of 14 attorneys.
He holds an LL.B (Hons) from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, a BL from the
Nigerian Law School, and is a certified Professional Negotiator and
Mediator (PNM).
A former Presidential Candidate in Nigeria's 2019 General Election under
the National Democratic Liberty Party (NDLP), Amb. Col. Akpua is also the
founder of SWEECON, a skilled workers application that has created
employment opportunities for over 200 IT graduates.
He manages several successful enterprises, including Eecon Global Services
Ltd and Topmore Products.
Through the Robinson Akpua Foundation, he has transformed communities by
providing solar-powered street lights, supporting orphanages, organizing
free medical outreaches, and offering pro bono legal services to prisoners.
His Robinson Akpua Widows Foundation currently supports over 31,000 widows
across Nigeria. He also serves as Grand Patron of the United Business Women
Association, an organization with more than 200,000 members.
Amb. Col. Akpua was awarded the prestigious title of Kentucky Colonel,
the Commonwealth of Kentucky's highest civilian honor. He also serves as
Ambassador of Peace (SDG 16) for West Africa and Director of Publications
for the World Peace Organisation Nigeria.
A devoted Christian, family man, and former Governing Council member of

H.E. DR. NICOLAS FELIX, PhD – DIRECTOR – DIASPORA COORDINATION & MULTINATIONAL LIAISING
H.E. Dr. Nicolas Felix is an internationally recognized humanitarian,
entrepreneur, pastor, and political leader.
He was the Presidential Candidate of the Peoples Coalition Party (PCP)
in Nigeria's 2019 General Election, where he emerged as the
third-place winner, and later became the youngest APC Presidential
Aspirant in the 2023 elections. He also served as Deputy National
Youth Coordinator of the APC Presidential Campaign Council (PCC).
A highly accomplished scholar, Dr. Felix holds multiple academic and
honorary distinctions, including the title of Professor of
Humanitarianism from Heart Bible International University, Florida,
USA, honorary doctorates in Youth Development, Leadership, and
Divinity, and an Executive Certificate in Leadership and Management
from Harvard University, USA.
As a renowned entrepreneur and employer of labour, Dr. Nicolas Felix
has created employment opportunities for over 3,000 people through
his various companies and business initiatives in Nigeria and the
United States.
He is the Founder and General Overseer of Miracle Center International
Inc., with branches in the United States and West Africa, and the
Founder of Dr. Nicolas Felix Foundation International, a nonprofit
organization dedicated to poverty alleviation, youth empowerment,
and humanitarian service.
Dr. Felix has received numerous national and international honours,
including the President's Lifetime Achievement Award of the United
States, the HBIU Global Peace Award, and the declaration of
"Dr. Nicolas Felix Day" in the State of Connecticut,
USA, alongside several awards for leadership, nation-building, peace
advocacy, youth development, and humanitarian service.
A respected mentor, philanthropist, author, and Ambassador for Peace,
Dr. Nicolas Felix continues to inspire lives through visionary
leadership, entrepreneurship, humanitarian interventions, and an

ADESINA AYODELE FAGBENRO – LEGAL ADVISOR & DIRECTOR LEGAL SERVICES
Adesina Ayodele Fagbenro is a distinguished legal practitioner,
economist, governance expert, development consultant, and public
policy strategist with over four decades of professional experience
in governance reforms, institutional development, anti-corruption,
and sustainable development.
Throughout his illustrious career, he has served in diverse capacities
as a lawyer, economist, teacher, consultant, policy adviser,
chairman, team leader, and strategist, making him one of Nigeria's
most accomplished development professionals.
He is the Principal Partner of Sina Fagbenro & Associates and has
provided expert advisory services to globally renowned organizations,
including the World Bank, UNICEF, DFID, the Bill & Melinda Gates
Foundation, the European Commission, the Economic and Financial
Crimes Commission (EFCC), and several State Governments in Nigeria.
As Lead Consultant, Mr. Fagbenro successfully coordinated the
preparation of the Ekiti State 30-Year Development Plan
(2021–2050) and the Bauchi State 10-Year Development Plan
(2023–2033), providing strategic roadmaps for sustainable economic
growth and development.
He currently serves as Chairman and Lead Consultant of Africa
Mothergold Ltd., where he provides strategic leadership in governance
reforms, human capital development, institutional strengthening,
and the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Mr. Fagbenro previously served as Team Leader for DFID/Adam Smith
International, leading initiatives that strengthened transparency,
accountability, anti-corruption systems, and public service delivery
across Nigeria. He also played a significant role in governance
diagnostics and the implementation of the World Bank's
$500 Million Save One Million Lives Programme.
An accomplished scholar, he holds degrees in Economics, Law, and
Information Science from the University of Ibadan and was called to
the Nigerian Bar after completing his professional legal training at
the Nigerian Law School.
Widely respected for his expertise in governance, strategic planning,
institutional reforms, and public sector development, Adesina
Ayodele Fagbenro continues to make outstanding contributions to
nation-building through visionary leadership, policy innovation,
and sustainable development.
